Not even the FA are that shit.

Although we knew it may happen this is typical of the cronies running thr FA....10 point deduction when you come out of administration, but let's change that at the last minute and make it next season! They are bigger cheats than Drogba. The reason for the ten points is to make sure clubs don't gain an advantage by being in administration....I hardly thinkthat is the case with Pompey.
Bet they wouldn't be clamouring for the points deduction to be applied this season if they were safe and it would relegate them.
it was their request not to have the points taken off earlier this season so they'd appear (falsely) more attractive to prospective buyers.
It would be outrageous if they were allowed to take the piss further still by having them retrospectively deducted now, when it's irrelevant.
They should be commended for the way they have conducted their affairs, and returned to the Premier League immediately.
If the Southampton case is anything to go by, they will have the points deduction next season as they are relegated already.
That is the most obvious and logical answer but you must remember that this the FA we are talking about and they usually do FA.
Also do remember that this is Pompey and they do have the best fans in the Country and so are a special case .
And it was only a few years ago they were in 2 FA Cup Finals, winning 1 of them. The FA owe them, somehow.
Do they still get their last 8 million parachute payment next year? or has that long since gone with administartion settlements / council loan?
