I have been trying to employ some casual labourers for the last week or so, to do some digging and concreting (all materials / mixer provided). I am prepared to go up to £50 per day cash in hand, but can't seem to find anyone that's interested.

Work shy or what, given that Poles will work all day for £30 odd quid...

Any Poles want this work??
