Anyone else enjoy reading a bit of poetry from time to time?? Always been partial to a nice bit of prose and came across this particularly moving piece online this evening which I thought NSC would enjoy by a gentleman called Ryan from Cheshire.

Lord Byryan I assume.
Who wouldn't send this to the jam in their doughnut?
G is for gorgeous
R is for radiant
E is for extraordinary
V is for vivacious
I is for idolised, by me
L is for legs
L is for legs
E is for everything I've ever wanted
Who wouldn't send this to the jam in their doughnut?
G is for gorgeous
R is for radiant
E is for extraordinary
V is for vivacious
I is for idolised, by me
L is for legs
L is for legs
E is for everything I've ever wanted
I used to play out on the left wing.
I like it when you touch my thing.
I makes me hard and wet,
And I love you, like a loyal pet.
Ryan, aged 48 and a half.
Phillip Larkin, eat your heart out......

They **** you up, your mum and dad.
They may not mean to, but they do.
They fill you with the faults they had
And add some extra, just for you.
But they were ****ed up in their turn
By fools in old-style hats and coats,
Who half the time were soppy-stern
And half at one another’s throats.
Man hands on misery to man.
It deepens like a coastal shelf.
Get out as early as you can,
And don’t have any kids yourself.
