Please recommend some music

Currently listening to Friendly Fires, School Of Seven Bells and Passion Pit. Can't be arsed to research new music at the mo so recommendations would be great.

I really enjoy two songs i have just found off adverts and they are called:

Come on train by don thomas/remixed by Ian Parton and Begging by Frankie vallie and that is remixed by some polooski guy. they are well worth a listen on You tube.

Do you not find that album a little bit ridiculous? Some nice tunes on it but totally RUINED by horribly clashy tunes that sound exactly like a headache waiting to happen.

I've not been listening to much NEW stuff recently, which is a poor effort. The new Super Furries album is out, I'd get involved with that if I were you.

It's a bit tedious, but i love that album. Amazing live as well.
You Love Her Coz She's Dead are a less headachey version of them really.
Ridiculous name but quality tunes.

Gruff Rhys from Super Furries' electro side project. Surprisingly serious (considering it's a collection of songs about Star Wars, Blade Runner, the Car from Back to the Future) and unsurprisingly good.

Mykanos and White Winter Hymnal are good starting points.

......not a fan of White Lies but all the others are good calls esp Foals and LotP. I'm listening to Fever Ray at the mo. Pretty good IMHO.
