Ryan. 6 Nothing to do of note. Easiest game he has had all season. Is going to come unstuck with his short passes out of defence eventually though.
Montoya. 6. Steady game
Webster 6 Hope injury not too bad
Dunk 9 Absolutely brilliant. Not many as skilful centre backs in the premiership. How Southgate picks others ahead of him I don’t know.
Burn.7 Another steady performance
Stephens. 4 Shocking. Bailed out by the defence on more than one occasion after a loose ball by him.
Propper. 5 first half. 7 second. His second half was the best he has played for a while.
Gross 6. Ok but he really does slow the game down. Not really a Potter type of player.
Alzate 8 Best of the midfield, deserved a goal, but must learn to release the ball earlier on some occasions.
Maupay 5. Not his day but should have buried one of several chances
Connelly 7 worked hard and showed Maupay how to run the channels.

Trossard 8 Absolute class. Potter keeping the powder dry for the next four games
Duffy 7. Stepped up when needed and great goal to boot. No worries about him replacing the injured Webster for the next four important games.

I would subbed Propper second half for Mooy, but he was good nonetheless. That shot if it had gone in would have been a worldie

Really thought propper was rubbish first half gave the ball away so many times.

Absolute quality second half though and his shots are gradually improving

6's for montoya? Oh come on people, he was very good today. After loads of criticism for not having the end product, he whipped in several excellent crosses including a peach for Trossard's goal.

Top performance

I was surprised to see that he got a 9 on Fantasy Football

Ryan 6
Montoya 6
Webster 6
Dunk 9 just immense. Were you watching Southgate?
Burn 6
Gross 6
Stephens 7
Propper 9 MotM stunning performance
Alzate 7 did so much good, but held on to the ball too long a few times
Maupay 6 poor finishing today
Connolly 7 ran the channels well

Duffy 8 really pleased for him
Trossard 9 enjoy him while we’ve got him. A goal and another assist in half an hour isn’t bad
Schelotto n/a

Norwich aren’t up to much. We should have battered them

Agree with this, although I would have marked Montoya higher.

Pröpper was my MoM too :)

Ryan - 7 - Didn’t need to make a save. Distribution decent.

Montoya - 6 - Still the weak link IMO, but a good cross for the first goal, redeemed himself for stinkers in the first half.
Dunk - 8 - Just a phenomenal footballer
Webster - 6 - Played well until going off. Love his mazy runs forward
Burn - 7 - Solid performance.

Stephens - 7 - Another solid performance
Propper - 7 - Think he’ll divide opinions today. Did some stuff really well but thought he completely lacked end product and his passing was pretty wayward .
Groß - 5 - Not quite at the races today.
Alzate - 7 - Tried a bit too hard at times but a serious talent. Decision making will come with experience. Unlucky not to score

Connolly - 7 - Must be a nightmare to defend against
Maupay - 6 - Should have scored. Lucky not to be sent off.

Duffy - 8 - Slotted in well but looks shaky on the ball still. Great finish though.
Trossard - How the f*ck do we have him? Magician. Enjoy him in a Brighton shirt whilst we can.

Agree entirely !

Agree with all this but would give Alzate an 8 - thought his decision making and ball retention was superb today and he was my MOM closely followed by Dunky!

The NSC cool clique will have a tough job bashing Propper today. They will still try though.

If the "cool clique" (where did that description come from) feel like bashing Propper today, I think clueless clique would be more apt.

Every time he got the ball he seemed to know exactly who was around him
He won the ball on occasion.
He showed some wonderful skills.
He usually seemed to make something happen.

We are lucky to have him.

Ryan - 6 - very little to do
Montoya- 7 - the game suited him. Little to do defensively. Plenty of space
Burn - 6 - solid if unspectacular
Dunk - 8 - magnificent
Webster - 6 - sad face
Alzate - 9 - OMG, his best performance in a Brighton shirt. This kid has it all. Reminds me of Dele Alli circa 2016/17
Stephens - 6 - a bit sloppy at times. Not as sharp as he has been
Propper - 8 - I’m not in the Davy fan club but he was a Rolls Royce today
Gross - 6 - quiet (will probably watch the highlights and rue that comment)
Maupay - 6 - all action but not his day if front of goal
Connolly - 7 - ran the channels brilliantly. A menace

Trossard - 8 - how did we sign him?
Duffy - 7 - such a set piece threat
Greyhound - 6 - good cameo

Propper's last half hour was the stuff of legends.

Spot on, the first half hour though was the stuff of nightmares.

Didn’t win one tackle and continually hit diagonal crosses out of play (well three anyway).

Brilliant last hour for me.

Ryan 6 Nothing to do could have got his flask out for tea, if it was allowed
Webster 5 Not long enough to impress
Dunk 8.5 MOM very good performance.
Burn 5 the weak link in the back line.
Montoya 7 One of his better performances
Propper 8 Very good performance and just edged out by Dunk for MOM for me.
Stephens 6 Kept things ticking over but not one of his best performances.
Gross 6 Some nive touches but not enough
Alzate 7.5 Good moments but I thinbk people over rate him.
Maupay 6 Needs too many chances to get a goal and missed a few that he should have done better with.
Connolly 7 Plenty of running and caused their defence problems.
Subs
Trossard 7.5 A diamond who makes things happen
Duffy 7 Showed great defensive ability and restored our ball winning headers.

Ryan 6 no saves but clean sheet, 1 away for pass to Stevens.
Burn. 5 Sorry but not a full back and pointless running with ball to half way and then losing it. Better side would have punished.
Dunk 8 Very good Seemed to get his head to more corners last season
Webster 7 Good
Montoya 7 Good game as thought wide player was a handfull
Stevens 5 So many poor passes
Propper 6 Poor first half and then improved
Alzate 7 So much ability and comfortable on ball..Did so much good but 1 away because should have scored 2 of 4 chances he created for himself
Gross 5 Some good but doesnt contribute enough. Interesting that when Trossler replaced he took up different position on left.
Maupay 5 I like him but poor game today.
Connelly 7 Surprised me today.with strength he showed in holding of defenders..So many strikers are greedy buggers including our 2. Now we play 2 up think they both need to show a little more unselfishness as several times other one is in better position
