Sullivan 6 - Not much he could do about the goals. But he did nothing spectacular either! I'd still feel more comfortable with FDM between the posts.

Richards 6 - Sprayed some nice balls across the pitch, and switched play to good effect. But is still a worry when being run at by an attacking winger.
Elphick 7 - Again, our best defender.
Hawkins 5 - Own goal was a howler! But he was playing ok until then. It was only after that he really fell apart.
Whing 5 - Looked tired today, very wasteful in posession as well.

McLeod 6 - Only gave him a six because of his wonderful goal. Other than that he did nothing. Looked unfit and he couldn't even get forward to support our attacking play at times!
Thompson 5 - Part of a midfield that offered no attacking threat, and went missing today.
El Abd 5 - See above
Cox 6 - Worked hard again today. Nice finish as well.

Virgo 6 - Not a striker. But played some nice flick-ons today. It's a shame that he can't hold the ball up well enough at times.
Fleetwood 6 - I would like to see him at least challenge for headers, even if he wont always win them. With a fit Fozzy & Murray he wouldn't be in the team.

Sullivan 6 Not at fault for poals but kicking not as good as has been.
Whing 4 Very poor defensively so much so that virtually all of the attacks were aimed at him in the 2nd half and 2 goals from their left wing.
Elphick 5 Won a lot of balls in first half gives Whing no support at fault for the own goal, by a poor, virtually non existant tackle that allowed the man to get the cross in
Hawkins 5 a game of mixed good play and awful howlers,
Richards 6 Generally performed well.
Cox 6 Some good moments but not enough of them.
Thomson 5 Gets through a lot of work that goes unoticed but has played better,
El Abd 6 Solid ball winner but needs some craft and flair alongside of him.
McLeod 5 Very good goal and some decent crosses but still looks overweight and unfit.

Virgo 6 Won a lot of balls when up front but they didnt go to one of our players. Showed the defence how to clear the ball when in central defence.

Fleetwood 6 Very quick but faded in the 2nd half as he did against Derby.

Subs:

Forster 5 Didnt get given the ball enough to pose a threat.
Fraser 5 Scored a goal but did nothing much else
Robinson 5 One very good shot near the end but as usal was missing were the action was.

Does anyone think that the reason players 'faded' in the second half is because they were playing at the other end of the pitch?

I thaught Fleetwood played well today in the first half but then in the second I didnt really notice him, but I was in the end that Brighton were attacking in the first half so I didnt really get a god view of him in the second. Just a thaught.

Anyway:

Sullivan: 6 thaught he had a resonable game, but he still put a few kicks into touch, although it was better than the last 2 games

Richards: 7 Thaught he played well today, done well.

Elphick: 7 Won alot of headders today

Hawkins: 5 Was having a good game until the OG, then fell to peices

Whing: 5 Delt well with alot of the ball in the second half

McLeod: 6 great finish for the goal, still needs to gain match fitness

Thompson: 6 nothing wrong, nothing special

El Abd: 6 same as Thompson

Cox: 7 good goal, and put some good balls in, but needs to beat the first man from set pieces!

Virgo: 6 not a forward, won some flick-ons but they went to no-one.

Fleetwood: 7 done well, got the ball, beat players, full of pace. would be a good player for us if we can keep him

Ref has awarded the goal to Fleetwood, quite correctly as it was over the line. (Official site)

Thank f*** for that - I can now slate Adams for a JOKE sub. Why bring on Fraser when we're chasing the game?

10 goals conceded in 4 games, every kick into touch/to the opposition keeper. Can't organise the defence.

He is NOT good enough.

To be fair potter it's the outfield players who keep letting the opposition players to get strikes on goal.

Out of those 10 goals how many do you think Kuipers would have saved?

But the keeper has a LOT of influence in how the outfield payers play.

In answer to your question, at least 3.

Did no one else think that Sullivans kicking was SHITE? He gets a bit more distance than Michel but whats the point if its to Fleetwood who apparently can't jump, to their keeper, or straight out of play!

Robinson was had some good moments, hopefully he will get a bit more of a look in now and restore some confidence.

Not a chance once the loan players are available again. Got on the bench simply because we didn't have any other fit players.

I think that WW makes a fair point about Sully/FDM.

A few of the goals that we have conceeded, I have thought to myself that Kuipers would've saved that. Sully to me doesn't seem to be the imposing figure that Michel is. We are lucky to have FDM, he is a matchwinner for us. He has saved us single-handedly so many times.
