I actually thought that henderson had his best game so far, and seems to be gaining match fitness. He wants another month and I think that is what we should give him. Hinshlewood was a revelation at right back and Mr Oatway was definitely MOM

Roberts 8 - Assured performance, Held every cross and swept well if the ball cam over the top
Hinshelwood 6 - Looked a little out of place and tended to be sucked into the centre but did nothing wrong
Pethic 7 - Can't remember missing a header all day. Solid display
Butters 7 - Missed a few headers but was solid and read the game well cutting out through balls. Passed the ball well.
Mayo 6 - Nothing special, did his job as needed.
Oatway 8 (MOM) - worked tirelessly battling away in midfield and kept the spirit up. Needs to get over his short corner fettish but capped a great display with a slightly lucky goal.
Carpenter 6 - Below par performance giving the ball away too much.
Hart 7 - Worked hard and gave options on the right but didn't have the luck.
Jones 7 - Showed some great tricks and worked hard
Henderson 6 - Seemed to get involved when he wanted to. Shows he is capable but played too many hospital balls.
Knight 7 - busy performance and got little help from the ref. Looked to shoot whenever a half chance showed itself.
subs McPhee 6 - Never really got into the game though was unlucky to be tackled by Newell.
Piercy 6 - never really had time to get into the game though showed a couple of nice touches

Roberts 7 - assured although scared the hell out of me when he went on his Barthez run. No shots to save really
Hinsh 8 - looked v.good a rightback IMHO

Henderson 7 - good tracking back when needed holds the ball up well - but it was a good job the defender but the ball in the net 'cos his feeble shot was going miles from goal!
Knight 7 - not his best game for the Albion and he still gets a 7 - unlucky with the header - showed great skill for Charlie's goal - never stopped trying
Subs: Piercy 7 - good passing - not on long enough to see what he can do
McPhee 7 - couple of miss-controls but then got into the game
