The club has said that an announcement will be made when all the details are finalised. That means it could simply be a case of waiting for one player, or his agent to make their minds up. It could easily be that 8 of the players know exactly what it is going on with them and are making their own plans accordingly. We wont know until it's all done.
Get rid if they can't be contacted? Don't be f***ing silly. We aren't in a position to do that. What if the player concerned is Harty? The one player that as a board we all thought was worth keeping.
Lord B said earlier that a player couldn't make a meeting on Tuesday. That has delayed things. It doesn't mean that we haven't sorted things with the other 8.
Sorting out contracts with 9 employees should be easy? These aren't just normal employment contracts. These do avtually need negotiating, and that isn't as easy as it sounds when you have agents involved, but made even harder when the employee isn't actually expected at the office for work as wouyld happen in a normal job!
Yes, it's frustrating when there's no news, but that's typical. I'm sure that loads of clubs fans are in the same boat. It's just the bored on here that want to make something of it.

We've been through the toughest of times and DK in particular has been a true giant in dragging us through with dignity and integrity. But I'm worried about where the club I love is heading at the moment. Maybe you're right, maybe I'm worried about nothing and it will all be smiles, goals and promotion celebrations next season in which case I'm just another twat spouting crap on a message board. But I fear for us financially. I fear Falmer is coming off the rails. I fear crowds could be well down next year. And, as expressed earlier on this thread, I fear we are laying the foundations on the playing side for back to back relegations.
