All it needed was a tight-arsed pendant like me to point it out! Having skipped a pie on Tuesday (a combination of "on principle" and being rather full from a generous portion of the Co-op's taste the difference Chickpea and Chorizo Soup beforehand) I shall be back in line on Saturday and consuming merrily away!

Blimey could have been a costly mistake, i have commited to eat and drink elsewhere because of their greed for Saturday at least, then i may rethink, but i suppose it hangs on whether i get better value for money.

Actually, as I said earlier, beer and pie sales were proportionally UP on Tuesday. By quite a bit.
One-offs don't tell the whole story, of course, but the suggested collapse hasn't got off to a good start.

Paul Barber mentions it on the show tomorrow. '11,500' he said.
I was told beforehand that Piglet's Pantry made 12,000 for the game, and there wasn't much (comparatively speaking) left.
This will benefit my friend then who insists on buying the pie and pint combo even though he doesnt want the drink because apparantly then he is getting everything cheaper. Even though he could just buy the pie and save the money from the added drink.

because I quite frankly cant be arsed about issues of pricing or supposed massed boycotts but I am frankly feeling grumpy about the reduction of choice done in such a way that the club press officer didnt know about it and quoted a price for a product that no longer semmingly exists.

Anyway, I'm just glad the price came down. Will be interesting over the first 5 games. Fans themselves will work out if ques go down or how many program's people buy.
Paul Barber must understand fans suspicions. He comes along and within a few weekes EVERYTHING has increased in price.

Yes I get that, my point being that he must understand fans suspicions. We'd all be blaming MPerry if he were still CEO. The fact that he didn't set the prices is neither here nor there. The buck stops with him, even though he himself, didn't set the price.
