Piglets admitting that they are trying to fill the trough too quickly?

Rubbish- the price that we pay as fans will be set by azure and not PP who will have been paid at whoesale rates

I've got a pile of unread programmes from last season (and a few before that) and we'll be eating before we go to the game and taking in our own refreshments. Sorry - I know we're heading for the big time and things have to be paid for but things just went too steep too quickly for me.

Yes I get that, my point being that he must understand fans suspicions. We'd all be blaming MPerry if he were still CEO. The fact that he didn't set the prices is neither here nor there. The buck stops with him, even though he himself, didn't set the price.

I get the feeling you haven't tried to ascertain Paul Barber's motives or reasoning - only made assumptions based on, by your own admission, coincidence of timing. Listen to the Roar tomorrow, and then you'll be in a better place to quantify or disregard those assumptions.

Of course the buck stops with him, but seeing as you're looking for a scapegoat, then just as a reminder, the prices were set while Martin Perry was Chief Executive. So if it's blame-laying you're all about, feel free to point the finger at him as well. And Mr Sugarman. And Mr Chapman. And Mr Bloom.

Perhaps the reduction on the pie and pint deal will increase sales even more to the point we are selling 15,000+ pies each game. There must be quite a few fans who consume at least 2 pies when they're at The Amex.

I always tune in Al, have got ur 18thAug on podcast ready to listen and I'll tune in tomorrow on an old fashioned radio. Yes ur right I have made assumptions, based on PB's last jobs and the timing of the price rises. I hope he changes, my and others minds.

Any problems with pricing today?

Tills were still telling the staff that hot drinks + pie combo was £5.90 rather than the £5.50 it should be ( Insider )
