Has anyone tried Earl Grey made using Darjeeling rather than the usual black tea? Quite hard to come by, especially in the shops, and not cheap, but quite a thing of beauty.

Loose leaf from a pot served with stilton and water biscuits. Chew crackers until your mouth gets proper dry then refresh with a lovely gulp of tea from a (and I'm quite specific about this) cup with a white interior.
