They are getting some good feeds in already today; dad came in with a pigeon at 7.40am as well!

Ah nice, I saw a couple of carcasses being dragged in yesterday, plus this one so far.

I watched a few youtube videos about the Peregrines. Absolutely amazing animals. Over 3x faster than a cheetah!

Pigeons of Brighton don't stand a chance.

Bloody hell S, you were doing a great job of rehabilitating your rep on here and you went and spoiled it :lolol:

I was waiting for a story about a mob of Winged Plovers going toe to toe with some ferals back in the day.

To be fair if you lobbed a cheetah off the top of sussex heights its speed would pick up a bit

Amazing birds. Had the pleasure of watching and photographing the one above last year.
At one point it flew within about 6 feet chasing a rock pipit - no chance of a photo but amazing sight!

Must be something about football stadiums. 2 Peregrines were mating in the stand above us at MK Dons a few weeks ago!

Saw one over Tilgate forest today. Had to google it as this isn't my forte. All i saw was a brown bird with a black head in flight. Impressive sight i must say.

Saw another bird of pray a few weeks ago up on Ditchling Beacon. It was simply hoovering . Obviously had his eye on something. Not sure what it was. I should really invest in a pair of cheap binoculars. Didn't think bird spotting would be interesting if i'm honest.

Im not sure, but I think mum just carved up one of the babies and ate it whilst i was logged on.
How many babies were there? I thought there was four, and can only see three now.
Im guessing the baby died, rather than being slaughtered, if thats what i just witnessed.
It was white, and bloody.
