So, Percy didn't get off the bench again in the Champions League tonight. I assume he has to actually play these games to help his work permit status?
Don't know, but a bit worrying - has he found 'his level'?So, Percy didn't get off the bench again in the Champions League tonight. I assume he has to actually play these games to help his work permit status?

If the significant word there is 'bench', quite possibly. As in Champions League vs PSG bench?

Exactly, that was my point!Might be.
I assume if we ever want to see him play for us we need him to actually play these games?

Bit OT but that was a p*ss poor effort by all involved in that little game of keepy uppy.
watford have recently secured a work permit for an 18 year old south american lad ...not an international but he is Brazilian ....surely our legal team will be looking at this.

"The Athletic provide more details about the process, noting that he was initially denied a work permit because of his lack of international appearances, so his application had to be referred to the Exceptions Panel - something which Watford were not confident would be successful.
However, the English FA have now endorsed the application for a work permit after being satisfied by the deal as a whole, with the transfer fee and Pedro's wages thought to play a major part in their decision."
Watford will pay Fluminense around £10m, while Pedro himself will earn a wage of around £40,000-a-week, and both of these figures are thought to be substantial enough for the FA to give their blessing.
A £12M investment by Watford to showcase him in the PL for a year then sell him on for £30M, like Richarlison.
Seems good business.
From the article:
How does that compare to what we paid for / will be paying Percy? In fact the same applies to Alexis Mac Allister
How much do we need to pay them to satisfy the FA?
Calling El Presidente
Isn't the amount of wages needed related to the average/median/normal wage range at the club? In which case we might not have to pay as much as Watford (it'd still be a small fortune though!)How does that compare to what we paid for / will be paying Percy? Just Percy Tau news, that's all
You misunderstood my comment. I appreciated the update, he’s an intriguing prospect. Just thought it was a funny/strange video for the club to put out because none of the players seemed that interested.
How much was Tau's transfer fee?
