I like listening to Geoffrey Boycott on the radio. I know a lot of people can't stand him because he's a self-regarding, not-in-my-day, over-opinionated professional Yorkshireman, but that's what makes him entertaining for me.

On that subject then: Camilla Parker Bowles. Wouldn't say I care much about her either way, but I always think she's had a pretty raw deal (well, as raw a deal as you can have, when you marry the heir to the British crown) from the media, and consequently the public.

Let's be honest, with a face like hers, she's got to have a cracking personality...either that or she's dynamite in bed, I'm not sure which.... Anyway, her only crime appears to me to be NOT being a Sloaney, vaguely attractive but slightly dim-witted clothes horse/media whore with bad taste in music and an obsessive need for attention.

And statistically, half the people who judge her for supposedly wrecking the dream marriage, are probably divorced themselves, so in no position to criticise. I'm sure she's not the witch she's often portrayed as.
