Has it been confirmed anywhere, other than on here, that we are looking to sign Ifill?

Adams, hoping to add creativity to his squad before the transfer window closes on Monday, is coy about the prospect of a move for Crystal Palace’s Brighton-born winger Paul Ifill.
He said: “Paul’s been placed on the transfer list by Neil Warnock and if he was available he is a player that we may be interested in but we are interested in a lot of players at the moment so I would have to scotch that rumour.”

Correct, however we are second choice out of the 3 and he is still waiting to see if a better offer comes in from a championship club at the last minute.
Therefore very little chance of him signing.....

Is it? Why does Dwayne, of all people, suddenly have the right message? Would you have believed it if he'd said "yeah and we're first choice and should be signing late this afternoon"? He could be making it up as he goes along for all you or anyone else knows.
He's given himself a better than fighting chance of being right by saying he WONT sign, I'll give him that.

If it comes off then great, he is a decent player.
However I have seen enough ‘cast iron’ rumours on here provide to be complete rubbish.
Also the other poster on this thread saying the same as you, likes us to think he is in the know.
