Don't get me wrong, I know they aren't world beaters but they don't look out of place in our squad and certainly aren't the worst players we have at the club.

Fair point.

f*** sakes, Mickey Adams signing a player he has managed before... big shock!!!

When he did this before in league two it was fine as he was signing much better players. Now it seems we are getting in dross, with injury problems and no love for the game.

Assuming Brooker actually plays in a game at some point how many tackles will he make......

Er..very few I suspect. That's our Micky for you. Previously managed players = as comfortable as an old pair of slippers for our esteemed guv'nor.

Agreed. They're squad players. Reliable, knuckle down, and presumably a lot cheaper than other experienced alternatives who may lack the same application.

I'm getting seriously worried about MA.......mayo and hart was bad enough and sorry to see NSC opinion was proved right in this case. But Brooker and Kyle? I must admit I thought MA was going to do a good job but the last few results and if these rumours are true... well it is alarming. Wasn't it only six weeks ago that MA thought we had the squad sorted?

Kyle??

This is getting hilarious. I for one don't see any reason to go and watch a game anymore because the chances are they are just a cheaper, shitter faxsimilie of games 6 years ago for twice the price.

at least you dont have to buy anymore football shirts as the ones bought 6 years ago with players names on the back will be ok to use again.

Just need Pethick to come back and I have a full house, assuming Mr Robert L Zamora doesnt return

I think the fans who jumped for joy on Adam's return are getting exactly what they deserve. The rest of us have been cheated.

I think Arsenal showed last night where the future lies: with the kids. I don't know if we have any wingers lying in wait from our youth squad, but that's where I'd be looking. That said, for me MA remains God and if he wants Brooker, then that's good enough. Let's face it he must have seen something sparkle over the past couple of weeks, because he knows as well as anyone that managers live or die by their decisions.
