Aparently all in on time. Submitted early last week. Perhaps it is someone at Companies house not updating their records during the Easter break for the Brighton fans itching to find out? And you call us Nigels.

Most are submitted electronically. Ill take a look at work tomorrow.

Not available yet, last ones 30/06/11 with 5.2m loss but was a 15 month period.

I do not have a Scooby on this accounts thing, so could you explain this for me.

Accounting Reference Date: 30/06
Last Accounts Made Up To: 30/06/2011 (GROUP)
Next Accounts Due: 31/03/2013 OVERDUE
Last Return Made Up To: 29/03/2012
Next Return Due: 26/04/2013

Having missed the accounts due date of the 31/03/13, is the Next Return Date of 26/04/13 now their next deadline?

Return is shareholders annual return, jut confirming share ownership

OK thanks.

Can you answer another question for me then.
If a company misses the date as they appear to have done, does the fine increase the longer the accounts are not submitted. In other words, what is the penalty for not submitting at all?

Palace directors state that accounts were submitted early last week. Pretty much end of story, or non story.

Palace breaking the law?

Have they provided an open and transparent briefing of the details of those accounts, or are they leaving it to fans to locate the accounts themselves and dissect them as they see fit?

Indeed they have and I was trying to understand the process more than having a pop at Palace. I do think it is bad that an authority like companies house, should be still posting invalid information to the public. That quote in my previous post was copied from their site this morning and yes it is Palace that I have copied.

Not as far as I am aware but that sort of thing doesn't really excite me so I don't go searching for it. I think they have in the past. Certainly other more financially astute fans have mentioned and discussed on the usual forums.

I always leave it til the last minute to file my accounts ..but then that's down to bone idleness

I always do mine this week for last year so I know how tax I have to pay. Deduct this against how much I have put aside hence get a windfall, hopefully.

Given that clubs have to file their accounts with The Football League by 31st December each year for FFP purposes, it does seem strange that CPFC2010 have left things to the very last minute in submitting them to Companies House.

Still no sign of them today either.

Mind you that's a bit like a street market trader telling you the cheque is in the post.

I filed a set of accounts with Companies House yesterday and it clearly shows on their website that they've been received. Normally, the accounting period-end date and the words "Not available for inspection" appear in red a minute or so after filing, and then the abbreviated accounts are made available to Joe Public a few days later.

Have Palace not discovered the medium of electronic transmission?!?

Are you seriously checking each day? Really? Wow.

You have to ask , why a few BHA fans are so concerned when no one else is including companies house seems to be...

Previous administrations, then the auditor resigns, then the accounts are late. I see smoke.
