last year everyone was herded to NJ but what can they do if you claim you have driven there and parked in side street? me and the boy have secured tickets in the home end (he's only little so paradoxically I think he'll be safer) so not only will we be as free as a bird, we can leave whatever time we like and the regulars on here can do f*** all about it!

Just spoken to ticket office. As of now, there are approx 700 tickets left. Even after tonights bun fight they are still expecting some to be available tomorrow. Don't panic chaps

I dont know how any Brighton fan could watch the game from the home end. Yes if its sold out and as a desperate measure. But how could you sit there surronded by nigels and not be able to cheer if a goal is scored?

I've never understood this either. Where is the enjoyment in it? I'd honestly rather not go. I understand it for the likes of the Hereford game or maybe a cup final, but not for Palace away in the league. And it's not even sold out yet anyway.

I think this is a little unwise. Fact is, you don't know WHAT sort of "characters" you're going to be in with. You can avoid slagging the home players off all you like, but the second you "out" yourself if we score, you could quite easily find yourself on the receiving end.

thanks for the warning, but like i say i'll with the young un, if we score I wont be falling over the seat on top of the row in front calling you all wankers, I wont deny my existance though, but i'm a grown man not a mouthy kid, i've been going to the match for nearly 35 years i'm not expecting any issues.

Interesting that one of the 'I'd rather not go brigade' if my memory's correct tends to slag off Albion fans at London matches re their songs and behaviour, I've made my choice and i'll stick with it

Disagree. If it's a game you want to see it's surely be better to be there than not. I've sat in home stands at several Albion away games down the years due to not being able to get tickets in the Albion end, perfecting the art of leaping out of my seat when we score and dressing it up as an apparently angry reaction to the home team having conceded a goal. You can also say you're a neutral if anyone wonders why you're not celebrating a home goal - tell them you're a Reading fan who happened to be in town and fancied watching some live football.

I agree. Personally I would rather not go than have to sit with the opposition fans, (at any game I might add), and I certainly wouldn't take a child. In fact I wouldn't take even a kid in the Albion end at Palace because it attracts so many bellends on our side.
