The new stand will link in with the holmesdale and the Whitehorse stands, with the Arthur being the odd one out . There will be plans for this I’m sure .
There aren’t, where’s it been mentioned that there are? The last comment was one project at a time.

The Big Palace Summer Sale has begun. They're getting a taste of the pillaging we've had to put up with in recent seasons, and just when Glasner was putting all the pieces in place.

I don’t think it has, really. Olise was an obvious departure if a top club came in for him, because at £65m he represents incredible value and will very quickly be an elite player at Bayern.

Eze will cost a similar fee but isn’t quite as talented, and isn’t an obvious a bargain. I wouldn’t be surprised if we kept him.

Wharton isn’t going anywhere, Guehi might but we’d be demanding an enormous fee after his excellent England performances, etc.

We’ve got of money to spend in any case, and it’ll be very exciting to see what Dougie does with it. I think we’re going to be moving very aggressively in the market this summer.

That's what we thought with £120mill profit last season and another £100mill or so profit projected this season. 🙄

Think most of the money will be spent on the new stand, according to my Palace mates as they don’t have ‘ring fenced’ funds and have to adhere to FFP regs. Can’t see them spending a lot of money. Maybe Parish should reduce his £2:3 million salary to help?

£60m according to the MSM.

Eze and Guehi off next.

Not much fun is it?

The unusual thing is palace seem to have been proactive and have signed a couple of players already. In Daichi Kamala and Chadi Riad, so Glasner must have known who and what he wants out of his players and if they make 100 million say will have a nice little war chest of money ?

In the article I posted and was removed it clearly states no money from player sales will be spent on the new stand.

As I just mentioned palace have already spent in the transfer market….you lot don’t have to be so Nigel negatives all the time 😁

Not being negative just quoted my good Palace mates, but they don’t trust Parish, so can you really believe that no transfer money
Be spent on new stand?, you don’t appear to have a lot of money and have to satisfy FFP. Think I am being realistic not negative.

Never trust a palace fan who doesn’t like Parish, what he and his team have done for Palace in the last 14 years is unbelievable it's the most successful period in Crystal Palace history, mistakes have been made but at the moment we have a 50 million pound class one academy, the U18s and u23s have both had a cracking season the women’s team have been promoted and the men’s team achieved 10th in the hardest league in the world…and someone doesn’t like the man who under his stewardship this has happened…good grief!

It would be like a Brighton fan disliking Tony Bloom, utter madness.

I don’t think Palace fans are as gutted as you seem to think we are. I’d have been upset if he’d joined a slimy club like Chelsea - but Bayern is a fantastic move for him & we won’t have to watch him tear us apart next season!

As far as I’m concerned, Olise could easily have gotten his move last summer and left us for a paltry £35m. He signed a new deal, gave us an additional year that we weren’t expecting, allowed us to pocket tens of millions of additional pounds, and leaves us to play Champions League football at a world famous club. We’ll wish Michael nothing but the best and - as long as his injuries clear up - will enjoy watching him become one of the best wingers in the world.

RE Guehi, the press this morning are suggesting that he’s open to signing a new contract. I still don’t think anyone will pay £65m+ for Eze.

If you’re hoping that this becomes a firesale and totally destabilises the club, I think you’ll be disappointed. I’d expect a “statement signing” will be coming in to replace Olise very shortly.

So why do a lot fans dislike him? Maybe because he takes more out the club than He put in, according to Jordan and if that is not correct, then surely he would sue. No let met think, who would i have rather have a an owner, someone who puts over £400 million or someone who takes money out?. My mates reckon there is more Palace fans who want him out than want him in.

Don't disagre with the sentiment,.
However..... a "Statement signing to REPLACE Olise" will cost more than you can afford to pay.

You might buy a highly rated winger, but that isn't the same thing as replacing what Olise gave you.

Really !

They really don’t understand how nearly palace went out of business, without him and the other 3 investors there may not be a team for them to support.

Ask them who they would like to be chairman or perhaps they have the money to invest themselves ?

We have a local life long fan as chairman , who would these mates prefer, Arabs, maybe a small rich oil producing country or have they got the old Charlton fans “ pushing to the next level “ syndrome?

Or are they about 20 and have no idea about the history of the club that spent 90% of its time knocking about the lower leagues, I mean one of the honours palace can claim is they were founder members of division 4.

They need to give their heads a good wobble.

We’ll see, Paddy. I would wager that neither Eze and Guehi will be Palace players next season.

What’s a “statement signing” for Palace in your opinion? For us Albion fans, that’s £30m on a young player who you may have just about heard of.

I was gutted when John Jackson was sold to Orient in 1973, and almost in tears when Vince Hilaire left for Portsmouth in 1984… after that meh, players come players go it’s just a fact for any football fan, it’s a job for the player a lifetime relationship for us.

So where is the money coming from as the US contingent seemed to want out as they like the look of Everton? Where’s Parish getting the money from as he hasn’t got it.
