I could just put a canvas over said stain.
Sounds like a great analogy for your new stand (if it ever gets built).

Cladding is what you'd use.I could just put a canvas over said stain.
They actually left Olise out last night, and looked good going forward, anyway.whatever we may think of them, it can not be denied that they have put an impressive run of games together, had this started a couple weeks earlier we would be a lot more concerned about them finishing above us (actually not impossible even now)
Is it just a good run, coinciding with our seemingly never ending injury crisis, and they (and us) will revert to business as usual next season, or do Palace have the wherewithal to keep Olise and co and actually be a threat to the top half next time? I'm hoping a couple of the big boys raid for the two decent (although Injury prone) players
I 4-1 would rather see Palace doing better than Chelsea if it were a choice between the two scummiest clubs
I think we need to hold fire on suggesting Palace are 2024/25 champions elect...whatever we may think of them, it can not be denied that they have put an impressive run of games together, had this started a couple weeks earlier we would be a lot more concerned about them finishing above us (actually not impossible even now)

Nah - let them get excited. It is, after all, the hope that kills you.I think we need to hold fire on suggesting Palace are 2024/25 champions elect...
This is pretty fair. Newcastle have lost 10 on the road this season they appear to have reverted back to having travel sickness.I think we need to hold fire on suggesting Palace are 2024/25 champions elect...
Before the Liverpool game, only Sheffield United had collected fewer points than them since Glasner was appointed. Yes, they still did beat Liverpool, but form since suggests Liverpool have fallen off a cliff. If we'd had our Olise and Eze equivalents when we went to Anfield, we may well have left with all three points too.
They then beat West Ham who were undoubtedly nursing a big just-been-knocked-out-of-Europe hangover, before last night's win over inconsistent Newcastle.
I think it would be churlish to suggest they've not improved, but the form needs franking against someone decent and/or in-form.
Exactly thiswhatever we may think of them, it can not be denied that they have put an impressive run of games together, had this started a couple weeks earlier we would be a lot more concerned about them finishing above us (actually not impossible even now)

If we had a full squad playing like we did for the first 10 games this wouldn’t be a conversation. Unfortunately injuries have been insane this season.Exactly this
Going to say it but on current form it’s not impossible they could finish above us
Just saying don’t shoot me but possible
Probably as we started very wellIf we had a full squad playing like we did for the first 10 games this wouldn’t be a conversation. Unfortunately injuries have been insane this season.
This, love it that suddenly their fans think they're Champions League candidates.Nah - let them get excited. It is, after all, the hope that kills you.
It will make it all the sweeter when, sat in 16th, they sack Glasner in January.
If you look at Liverpool away I think we win it in the first half with Mitoma and Pedro they were shite. Roll on next season.Probably as we started very well
Unfortunately we have just more or less turned it in
Everyone has injuries ours have been mental and defo affected the last few months
Not sure anyone is talking champions league contenders, or even European contenders, just nice to see the team giving it a go, and playing on the front foot for a changeThis, love it that suddenly their fans think they're Champions League candidates.
If they sell the two clearly to good for Palace players in the summer, talk of Eze going to City then they will be back to the norm I suppose.whatever we may think of them, it can not be denied that they have put an impressive run of games together, had this started a couple weeks earlier we would be a lot more concerned about them finishing above us (actually not impossible even now)

Fair play, as you say a lot hinges on who you keep and, I guess, who will come through from the academy. A least we have two rivalry games to look forward to.Not sure anyone is talking champions league contenders, or even European contenders, just nice to see the team giving it a go, and playing on the front foot for a change
We have had our share of injuries as well this season, and for both our clubs, it has a significant effect on our performance, as we dont have the money to maintain a huge squad
Let's see who we hold on to, and how next season starts
