I will watch this. I have a lot of time for Owen Jones.
One thing I will say about Owen Jones is that he perfectly captures and represents the mentality of the left today.
The Spectator is turning into a horrible, irresponsible cesspit full of posh fascists.
Owen Jones is brave, articulate, politically absolutely spot on and sometimes a bit annoying.
I don't think Owen Jones tries to hide anything or presents politics shows where he should be neutral?Ditto Owen Jones.
I mis-read your post and transposed Owen Jones before '...is a misogynist'. Doesn't really change my opinion of Jones either way though; I still think he's a massive bell-end.
I won't disagree, but Jones winds me up more, as it's people like him that make me unable to vote for the Labour Party. I'm waiting for a bunch of the more moderate labour MPs, and maybe even some centrist tories, to get together with the remnants of the Lib Dems and form a new centre left party that middle England can vote for. They both are.
I think Jones is an intelligent and eloquent guy but still seems to be in his "student politics" phase. I find his stuff difficult to read because it's so fiercely biased towards the Momentum mindset and seems to regard other liberal standpoints as somehow impure.

Jones is a left wing commentator. Neill is a BBC journalist. If you can't see the difference, you've got a problem.
He is a childlike pseudo-intellectual looney who refuses to debate anybody politically opposed to him unless he plans on having a shouting match. He avoids anybody with any degree of expertise in any field from which he spouts fallacies and incoherent gibberish.
He loathes and abides Douglas Murray (hence the agenda against the Spectator which has been going on for a while) who has a vast degree more hands-on experience and knowledge than he does, because he doesn't like his point of view.
The only person I ever remember him debating in political oppostion without resorting to obfuscating and interruption is Peter Hitchens, and god knows where he lies on the political spectrum nowadays bearing in mind he thinks we're in the end times.
When talking haphazardly about Islam, he also failed to turn in for a panel with Ayaan Hirsi Ali, which is all the evidence you need.
Both Owen Jones and Andrew Neil are awful.
