Worthing
Our home born players have not kicked on this season. Do people think this is down to Adams or just that they`ve gone as far as they are capable of going.

Robinson, Cox, Frazer, Elpheck ? Only Elpheck has done enough and he seems shaky at times.

Fogden, Chamberlain and Cook still have time though.

Fogden doesn't have that much time.....

Virgo, Elphick and Lynch are good.
Robinson and Cox have it in them but aren't consistent enough.

Fraser - get rid.

Robinson is not being played, but think he may not be up to this level. Good as an impact sub.
Cox, proved he can be an influential player, but needs a bit more consistancy
Elphick, still our most promising youngster in the team but needs to carry on improving, especially his distribution!
Fraser, decidedly mediocre, 110% effort but nothing to show for it. Get rid

Not seen anywhere near enough of Cook and Chamberlain to comment. Thought we'd released Fogden?

Overall I think they're not turning out to be as great as first hoped. Only Elphick and Cox can look to hold down a regular place in League 1

Robinson - Not good enough. Will be let go asap
Cox - needs to find form again but he is good enough for this level in my book
Fraser - Doesn't look good enough to me but could well prove himself
Elphick - clearly the best of the bunch
Chamberlain - Who knows? If he has any chance one would think he needs to make an impression fairly soon
Cook - had a couple of oppurtunities but still has time on his side
Fogden - has already left the club, so irrelevant really

Chamberlain must be 20 by now, if he never got near the 1st team under Deano, he certainly won't under MA.

Wes came through a hell of a lot to continue his career, so it would be nice for him to have a bit of success in non league. From what I saw of him in the stiffs and his rare appearance for the 1st team, he was never good or strong enough for this level.

Robinson - Prima donna. Had a few good games under mark mcghee and seems to think that's enough. Ever s often works well as an impact sub, but after each impact seems to fall away again. Needs to work on his all round game and consistency.

Cox - Currently recovered prima donna. He apparently has outgrown his spats from last year, lets hope it's a permanent maturing. He has ability, he just needs consistency.

Frazer, Elpheck - I've not seen enough of these two, or when I've seen them they've not stood out. But I've not been this season yet.

On the one hand I want to give them the benefit of the doubt and say they are suffering from the team's inconsistent form, and if the team was performing more consistent, so might they, but then we get in catch 22, because if they performed more consistently, so would the team...

On the other hand, it's often said in various ways that our bad times show our strengths. (Y'know, like how your better friends who are there for you when things aren't going so well, that sort of sentiment), and since times are getting tough at the moment, now is the time for them to show their quality, but that's not been happening.

Get a grip mate.

would you care to elaborate on what it is you disagree with, or do you think simply saying 'get a grip' is enough of a critique?

I highlighted in your post the ludicrous assumptions. And that is not mentioning the fact you don't even know the names of the players.
