Has the rednapp bubble burst?

Most definitely. A fortunate start with some admittedly good performances, but now they are well and truly back in the shit. They're the kind of team that needs a complete clear-out. Far too many players underperforming to an embarrassing extent eg Bale, Jenas, Lennon, Pavlyuchenko, but especially Bentley, what a flash bastard he is.

totally got what we deserved - people need to realise that if the season finished tomorrow we would be relegated... The reality is that we are a very poor side..

I was watching the match live streaming on tinternet, which clearly was coming via someone's house.

When Wigan scored the actual commentary was drowned out by the house owner grabbing the mike and screaming

"Take that you cheating cockney yiddo bastard *****" at full volume, before it returned to the dreary Sky commentary.

I don't think Redknapp helped them today. Suddenly playing some weird diamond formation with neither Lennon or Bentley or indeed any creativity in the side. They started out looking for a point at best, and anyone who does that deserves what they get. So many crap matches like that in the Premier League. Let's hope this one on at the moment is a bit better...

Of course none of this will be Teflon Harry's fault, will it.

No, it'll be down to the previous management, unwanted/underperforming signings made by him, pitch, match officials and unexpected climatic conditions.

As opposed to when they win, when it's entirely down to his managerial genius.

Indeed. He decided to take the job and he knew what players he had at his disposal. His attempt to blame everything on Ramos is pathetic. Ramos didn't sign particularly bad players, he just couldn't manage them. One of these days, maybe Harry will take some responsibility, rather than blaming it all on his threadbare squad/Ramos/no money/benoit assou-ekotto. Then again, maybe not...

I eagerly await his first Spurs use of the phrase "bare bones".
