They'll pick up points from occasional games, enough to avoid relegation by the end of season, and he'll be the hero who saved them from the drop.

But to be fair, where has it got Spurs? Arsenal, a few years down the line will have a lot more British players in their team eg Wilshere, Ramsey, Hoyte, Simpson, Walcott etc. Spurs have British players, but they're just not very good ones. They're pretty much a poor man's Aston Villa.
