One player I would be happy for us to make a bid for...

He is head and shoulders above Mr McLeod, his time at Swansea proves that.

I'd like to think so, but then again people from other clubs told us McLeod (and Navarro) were decent players, and there's been little evidence from either so far.

Ishmel Demontagnac is back in football, but has not had a great deal of luck at Blackpool with a few injuries and lack of first team opportunity. Perhaps he would be worth sounding out? Definitely got the skills to make it, whether or not he has sorted out his attitude is another thing.

He was on trial with us last season, doubt he will come back

Absolutely ZERO chance of signing him but Swansea's Leon Britton is stalling on signing a contract, wanting to move closer to London to be with his daughter.

Now he would be CLASS!

Jason Demetriou. I thought he was the best player on the pitch in two of the three games I saw us play against the O's last season and looked a threat again on Boxing Day when he came on. The only issue is his preferred position is right wing, although he seems to be able to play across the middle. Thoughts?

Well worth a punt. Very surprised to see him on the Orient bench on Boxing Day, especially as he nearly always plays well against us. It wasn't that long ago that the likes of West Ham and Spurs were closely monitoring his progress either.

If Andy Monkhouse, who appears to be a favourite to sign, is not available I think that we could do a lot worse than look at Kevin Betsy who gave Hoyte such a run around yesterday. He is on loan from Southend I think. Given the opportunity I would go after Jason Puncheon as a permanent signing.

Demetriou always seems a decent player, and i too was puzzled as too why he didnt start. Andy Robinson would be another good and fairly realistic signing, and so too would Monkhouse and Rui Marquez at Leeds. As far as strikers, depends how much money is available, but for a while i've been saying Adam le fondre and look how well he's done this season. Another possiblity would be Chris Porter at Derby who isnt getting a look in and did well at this level, or Dj campbell for the flair factor!

stockport must be resigned to losing a few players yet again to pay this and that, and would imagine baker would be a target for quite a few clubs including us i would of thought. Do we need another striker ? im not sure we do, but he looks a fine player.

On the FL show they showed Baker and said he was the subject of a bid from a championship club, think it was Coventry but not certain.

moving to Coventry for a bit of money i heard but would be perfect for us a goal scoring midfielder

Some people will disagree with me, but I think Navarro is not a bad player. McLeod however I don't think is good enough, in fact I was told by a Swansea fan that he was a piss head when we signed him.
