Reports saying he had died in his sleep whilst on holiday in Spain.

Very sad news. Legend Indeed.

RIP Gary Moore.

f***. That's far too young :( I might never have got into blues had it not been for him. I still rate "Still got the blues" as one of the greatest albums ever. And I'm quite sad that I never got round to seeing the guy live too. guess now I never will. RIP Gary, you were one of the true greats.

Awful awful news.

Legend can be an overused word but for me, in my world, he was a legend.

R.I.P. Gary,

Thoughts with your family & loved ones.

Not one of my personal favourites but he certainly has left his mark in British rock. This is without question. I think I'll dig out Black Rose and give it a spin later on.

PS he once parked outside my house.

Very sad news indeed. He was a Brighton local and quite often frequented and played at the Ranelagh in Kemptown, where i was fortunate to see him play a couple of times. He'll be sorely missed.

Very sad news indeed. A great player who played the whole range from rock and metal through to blues. Really spooky as only last week I downloaded his live in Japan album Rockin Every Night.

The seaside.
Very sad news. I knew him to talk to, he often drank in my local and would play occasional secret gigs there (the last one just a couple of months back). RIP.
