The point is we already have Welsh clubs so a precedent for having non-English clubs has already been set. There is no automatic route into our league for League Of Wales sides, so this again wouldn't seem to be a stumbling block.
The Premiership brand is so strong around the world that there is no need to change anything. A massive factor is European places - would the Scottish league get less, would the likes of Newcastle, Boro or Everton be squeezed out with a successful Rangers and Celtic.
I can't see it happening until the Premiership brand needs jazzing up.
