I must confess that assuming it was sanctioned by the Sussex Police then I'd be perfectly happy to join in.

Shoreham of course
I think something has to be done to let the SCUM of LDC know how we feel, Even though I am not a resident of the Lewes area I will be very happy to add my support, letter writing, Marches, egg throwing, anything.

Definitely time for some civil disobedience in Lewes-in the best Gandhi way you understand...

If there is anything like a march through Lewes-preferably during rush hour-count me in. And if that fecking old hag Cuttress shows her wrinkled ugly face:angry:

Count me in!

Why so far down the road in march...
Cant we do something now in the next two weeks to try and stop things.
We need to let lewes people know that their council are wasting their money on these enquiries...

that is my carol concert that night and my voice has to be in fine fettle...so count me out.

anyway why bother? They have made their decision, they know how we feel anyway, and we might as well wait for the decision again....after all we have waited for 5 odd years.

I dont know why people are so annoyed about this.......it isnt as if we were not expecting it

Be interesting to see the reaction on Saturday from the Euphoria a couple of weeks ago to this. Morgue Withdean could become a Crypyt:lolol: :lolol: :lolol: :lolol:

Come on dave - if we'd taken that view over the last five years, I doubt we'd even have got this far. We've come too far to let this rest now, those bastards CANNOT be allowed to have the last word. If we can whip up enough public opinion against LDC over the coming weeks, if there is enough of an outcry from their OWN constituents, then maybe we can make them think twice about pursuing this course of action.

Gotta be worth a shot.

Yeah but no but yeah but, before it was aimed at trying to influence a decision from the givernment to give us a stadium, this is a council which has taken a democratic decision to challenge that ruling....to all intents and purposes its is nothing to do with us is it?

I come back to my point,,,the council know our feelings as do the people of Lewes. The council believe that this is a matter of principle, ie building on ANOB...that is their main gripe....however much marching and hassle wqe give them it aint going to chnage their view

Wait for the decision I say

Gaffer you getting soft in your old age. If you faced up to Baker and LDC with your hardest stare I am sure they would think twice about pursuing this course of action

18 stone of anger can't be wrong ;)

That is fatalism at its worst and with that mindset, IMHO, we'd have had no club after 1997 and, I reckon, no Falmer permission up to now. "Oh well, it's Archer's ground to sell I guess, there's not much point in boycotting a match or marching in the street is there, he's hardly going to listen is he" etc etc.

You stay warm at home if you like - meanwhile I'll be making sure that people realise how strongly we feel about this.

Let's evoke the spirit of Fans United! We will win.

Not at all....you miss my point.

To all intents and purposes, this is a LDSC thing and should be persued by people in LDC area...by all means we support them, but it must not be seen as " Oh look its the hooligan hoards from 15 miles away telling us how we should run our area"

Do you remember the uproar on here when we thought that LDC was trying to tell us where to build the stadium when it was f*** all to do with them, well to a certain degree the shoe is on the other foot now.

To liken it to Archer is just plain silly! We all knew deep down there would be a challenge somewhere , bloody hell even Catt put a challenge in over Withdean, so we were hardly going to get away scott free were we?

Baker did accept the decision and thought to move on...obviously he is th MP and should have no sway over the council, which it looks very much as that has happened.

I am not being defeatist, however amd being a realist and who knows, the judge may throw it out.

What concerns me and hasnt yet been explained is why Eric Huxam came on the radio and said that Prescott had over-ruled three inspectors, I know the first two were against but I didnt know the third was.

Onward and upward towards Falmer

Eric Huxam has been spouting more nonsense this morning about having to access the stadium through the village. I really think that bloke needs to learn how to read a map!

I think we can take anything he says as total bollox and the ill considered rantings of someone possessed with so much hatred he's no longer thinking straight.
