Watched his post match interview. Completely gracious and complimentary as usual. Even his "argument" with JpvH was polite "I said you played a good game but ..."

I enjoyed that win so much for what we did without needing to find some additional angle against one of the greatest managers of all time.

Stay humble eh.
You are of course quite right, I have given your post a great deal of thought, then i reminded myself that the smug prick bumbles around the country in post match interviews telling the cameras that the team they had just beat were good , their managers are good etc etc then when those teams beat them he throws a hissy fit, said the same about us under Potter, probably did under RDZ accept RDZ being his mate probably didn’t want to beat him and then at Southampton he said the same about Russ Martin, nah fam he’s a proper bellend

So from what he has said about the incident, he was basically saying you can't expect to be tugging at someone all game and have them not respond, better that you own how you have annoyed him and stand up rather than get pissed off when the response comes. Which to me is reasonable advice considering both players were only a small amount of escalation from being sent off. He ended it with a very warm and long handshake, which unlike others I do not see as passive-aggressive in any way. As to JP's reaction later on, who knows, English is neither of their first language and a lot of nuance could easily have been lost.

"When asked about the post-match confrontation with Van Hecke, Guardiola told reporters: "That he [Van Hecke] was strong with Erling and when Erling then stands up, you have to stand up, he cannot go to the grass. Stay strong, no? You pull him all the game then after the fight you stay there. But he played a really good game and congratulations to Brighton."
Despite the criticism, Guardiola hailed Van Hecke for his intensity throughout the 90 minutes as he had the difficult task of keeping a check on Haaland.
“Really good. How he linked inside. The players really stepped up a lot with the short passes," he said. "All the steps they can do. There are many good things with this club {Brighton]. Of course Fabian has added his own things. How he [Van Hecke] linked inside he was aggressive, It was very, very good.”

So to all those bitching about Pep, betting that he did not praise The Albion or Fab, and had nothing good to say about how JP controlled Haaland, I found this info in about 5 seconds
It's alright to bitch about his trousers and him being a weirdo though right?

Harsh. It happens to the best of us.
I was thinking that the baggy trouser physics teacher narrative (and the belly) was a perfect description of my personal decline into middle age. I have upgraded my trousers now, though.

If that floats your boat, sure. I just get frustrated with people who can't be bothered looking into something passed their initial perceptions, and parade these brain farts as if they were facts.

Something is going on there behind the scenes, it's not a happy camp

Maybe they are not as confident to beat all the charges and peps "achievements" will just be down to cheating.
Plenty of talk of relegation or at least a points deduction, which will keep them out of UCL for at least one season.
Either of these punishments would have a big financial impact on the players.

Completely understandable the uncertainty around the charges, will have an impact on the players.

If you get that much attention from him, take it as a compliment. He brushed past a few players to shake hands with Igor. He’s a shite loser but he knows why they lost.

You are aware that skinny-fit jeans are well on their way out now though? The kidz appear to be reverting back to baggy.

As someone with a big knob, I’m quite pleased that fashion is trending back this way.

Yeah he was doing a lot of finger pointing at Van Hecke hopefully he told him to piss off
If you’re a young defender with a great future, you’re not going to tell a legend like Guardiola to piss off because any footballer would love to play for him one day. Which is why it’s totally out of order to be speaking to opposition players at all, whether he’s berating them or tapping them up.

Seems a bit uncharitable. I thought he behaved well after the game. His long post-match interview on 5 Live was reflective and emotional but at no point anything like a 'hissy fit'. Maybe I missed something?
