We have now discovered that Caicedo didn't get one yellow. It was Badiashile who was booked.

Yes - so we have learnt. In which case then - why didn't Caicedo get booked for the offence(s) for which we thought he should have got a second yellow. Especially after Hinshelwood's booking - which effectively meant he had to be taken off to prevent a second soft yellow leading to a red.
