Gus never showed up!!!!

Following the completion of a detailed internal investigation, Gus Poyet's disciplinary hearing commenced this morning.

However, Gus Poyet elected not to attend for disputed legal reasons. The club's disciplinary panel chose to adjourn the meeting to later this week to provide Mr Poyet with a final opportunity to attend.

The club's separate internal process involving Charlie Oatway continues.

The club will not be making any further comment on either matter at this time.

Well really helps us NOT
Also Barber obviously reads NSC based on his comments on BBC

The club's chief executive Paul Barber said recently: "We are aware of some ill-informed and unfounded speculation appearing in various places. It is both unfair and unhelpful to everyone concerned.
"I appreciate that the issues we have had to face in recent weeks have created some uncertainty and concern for some of our supporters.
"Unfortunately, this is something we must all live with for the time being.
"Our priority will always be to ensure that we continue to manage the variety of situations that can develop within the club with as much confidentiality, professionalism, and dignity as possible for everyone concerned."

Are they actually being serious?

This has been 4 weeks. I am amazed that they would 'give him the chance to attend' after not today.

What a strange turn of events in which he doesn't show due to disputed legal reasons. Anyone have any idea, without speculating, of what sort of reasons that could lead to someone not attending a disciplinary hearing? Seems a bit of an odd one to me.

Its so disappointing that it has all ended like this.
