Bafana Bafana to take an early lead. Mexico to level matters just before the hour mark and the South Africans hold out, surviving a shocking and blatent penalty that isn't given to the Mexicans.

1-1

Hope Bafana Bafana win it though, as you have to love seeing the hosts doing well.

Highly entertaining 2-2 draw with some comedy attempts at pronounciation of some of the SA team names (Mr Gaxa being the least unlikely to be attempted correctly - the x is a click)

Is that a Xhosa name? My (White) South African mate can do the click thing but I suspect Clive Tyldesley won't :lolol:

Bet the Mexicans are unnerved by all the singing from the South African team.

Sod off Blatter, you corrupt old bastard.

Watch him suck up to the locals to boost his own reputation. Crook.

Am I the only one disappointed that Mexico don't have Tijuana Taxi as their national anthem?

Blatter will think himself a more important world figure than Mandela surely.

Very true. Madiba is probably sat at home devastated he didn't get to meet Blatter :lolol:
