(a late equaliser for the marauding Latino's)

Bafana Bafana to take an early lead. Mexico to level matters just before the hour mark and the South Africans hold out, surviving a shocking and blatent penalty that isn't given to the Mexicans.

Has anyone else been left pretty cold after this game? I think it was those bloody horns that have spoilt it! Its like white noise coming out of the TV and has sent me into an emotionless trance!

But it's also another example of how the media are going to present this world cup as ridiculously stereotypical of Africa (as far as this Word Cup is concerned, Africa is just one country!) - lets fins a school somewhere that's just got electricity, because that's pretty much how half of the English viewers imagine it to be anyway!
