have now entered both the halfmarathon in Feb 2020 and the Marathon in April 2020 :
am currently running 65 70kms a month having run little or not at all since last June:
how many kms a month should i be running in the months leading up to the half marathon :
any advice or encouragement will be welcome : i did a couple of 10km runs in 2007/2008 but this is serious!

Hello. I use Runners World training plans for most distances and they work well for me. I have pasted the half marathon plans below; you’ll see plans for various times. The full marathon plans also have different times and abilities and levels of commitment. There’s also reading around how to use them, what to do if you miss runs and the entry level needed to start them I.e how many miles a week you should be running to start one.
