Bloody Worthing!
Thanks for the heads-up on a Lancing PR. If nothing else it'll take the pressure of other parkruns but it should be a good one in itself; that's a nice stretch of coastline although already pretty busy - bikes. dog walkers etc. The club is Lancing is the Lancing Eagles so I'm guessing they are behind it?

Good luck to the two NSC stalwarts tomorrow at Hove Park.

My thoughts too. A very busy stretch used by people who believe that narrow path is theirs. Not much room for a there and back either. I don't agree that cyclists should be forced onto the A259 at that time. Needs to go round the soon to be IKEA car park, round the soon to be 400 new luxury homes, away from the 200 non luxury homes and finish at the Albion training ground.

What do you expect from the Lancing Crystal Palace fan's club?

I've not been on here for a while, I like the PB table I have no idea how to input my times I will try later.
I did Hastings PR today I await my official time, but I felt really good, in what looks like a new PB for the course and the year.

I may ask Curious Orange to do mine, when it's official. He has a vested interest in that table being shown over and over again.
I00th Parkrun went well. Missed out on the domestic situation at 8.35 but will watch highlights later. My pacer on 150 parkruns let me down seriously by slowing half way round and allowing himself to be beaten by me for the first time in a run for well over a year.
Knocked almost a minute of SB and now ready for Mrs Knockys plant sale at Wishfest. See you at Wishpark this afternoon..

I have to step back now for a few weeks just as I'm getting somewhere.

Looks a strong run! Sub 22, even splits its good to see you back.
I have looked at how to edit the table and it looks far beyond my computing capabilities. I'll post my time on here later in hope that someone takes pity on my uselessness and inputs my time for me.
Well done on the 100th PR.

Well done both on 100th run and leaving me miles behind. I just seemed to have plateaued at 22:50 ish and don't have the power back to go faster. Will see how Phoenix goes and then maybe have a week of rest.

Might see you this afternoon at Wish Park.

Agree that it's a narrow busy stretch I think they might have to redirect dog walkers and pushchair pushers too or there will be a few pile-ups. (And that won't go down well!)

Thought I'd better bounce the table so it is ready for any amendments after this weekends Parkrun efforts.

No improvement from me today, as I took a relaxed start and enjoyed my run, though 19:04 was pleasingly within 10 seconds of my best effort at Guildford. I feel in good form for Yateley.

I'm out of the Phoenix which is hugely disappointing, although I will come along to watch and have a drink after.

I've been told not to race for two weeks which technically puts me out of The Trailblazer but I'll make a decision nearer the time as I love the course and event.

Took a few seconds off at Bromley today. Also amended my age graded score to SB rather than PB.

Lets see if I move up the table two places. Thankfully I haven't had to change this every week for the last 10 weeks. I'll definitely run slower for a while to avoid this.
A problem will occur if two people change the table at the same time. Luckily Curious Orange will edit for us!

Bloody Worthing!
I don't know your SB or PB but put in todays. I can edit if you tell me.

Well done on your PR today. To be able to churn out that sort of improvement on the back of one run a week and a chronic condition would have had you burned at the stake in times gone by!
As for me I won't be tampering with the league table this week: 20:44 at Worthing (78.70% AG). But at one stage I was on for an SB - ran the first and third km at 4.00 minutes pace but then completely ran out of gas in Km5. So near yet so far!
And that was some bloody rugby game eh??

20.00 PB must irritate. Reckon you'll go sub 20 before summer is out.

Thanks for doing that.
I managed 20 dead last summer, my goal is sub 20 this summer at some point as long as I avoid injury.
The problem being that if I improve I'm going to have to improve my computer skills and try and update the table myself.
