Hmmm - I've just looked back at last year, and feel less pleased!
My first run was on January 23rd 2015 and was 3.8m at 10'40"/mile. By March 22nd, my Sunday long run was up to 10 miles and on April 5th I ran my very first half-marathon distance in 2:08. I'm neither capable of those distances nor that speed now so I'm behind where I was last year where I started from nothing and a monstrous weight. I need to properly focus.
