One final long run this weekend. Looking for a minimum of 17 anything extra will be a bonus.
I'm going to be somewhere between 3:15-3:20 based on training runs. Would like to break 3:15 so that's the aim but will be tough as I've lost focus after the Brighton Half. Need to tough out the final few miles of my last long run to give myself confidence for the 17th.
