top stuff, we've now got a pretty damn strong first XI, could do with adding one or two players to add a bit of COMPETITION, but we're basically FINE

Thank GOD for that. He's brilliant.

As others have said, the first XI is excellent - easily promotion contenders. Where we fall down is with the back-up players. Apart from right-back and centre-back we've not really got a single player outside of the first XI I'd regard as good enough for a top league one side. Therefore, as much as I'm supremely confident about our first XI, we're going to struggle to realise our potential as there won't be many occasions in the season when we can field all our first choice team. Let's hope we can get a couple of decent back-ups in, preferably a midfielder and a striker.
