Two seasons.

Two playoffs.

Two diabolical sets of performances in said playoffs

Two managers who decided BEFORE the playoffs that they wanted out.

What on earth is going on at the club?

This. Absolute crock of shit, perhaps makes sense why the players weren't pumped up enough for it now.

Oh well, he's resigned, I'm not overly bothered if he wants to go then I don't want him here.

Maybe he's struggled to settle in England and wants to move back home

But of course it's easier just to say it was Barber & Burkes fault and the budget wasn't good enough, equally unfounded suggestions.

So what is it that happens in the months of March and April that seemingly convinces Brighton & Hove Albion managers that we're no longer the right club for them?

Don't rewrite history. We were the better team at home.

I was more thinking the second leg of both semi's, when it really mattered we failed to turn up.

Knee jerk? Probably. On balance, and when I calm down, I'm proud of what Oscar and the team have achieved this season, all things considered, but right now I'm feeling pretty angry and pissed off with the whole situation. Sorry.

What a decent man as well.

Absolutely gutted he has gone.

I reckon he's going to a bigger job in Spain to be honest.

Best of luck, Oscar !

If THAT is the reason then why didn't he just say that? The fact he said nothing is an obvious indicator that the real reason couldn't be said.

Get in an English manager, go back to playing shit football like most of the league, make everyone happy...

Then laugh at the same knobs wanting a foreign influence in 3 years.

If we get in an English hoof manager then its bye bye alot of our foreign contingent and hello Zat Knight and Stephen Dobbie.

The thing that ****s me off about this is what kind of motivation is this for the players going into a play off match. I can't accept that Oscar was giving his all to the play offs.

So that's two play off attempts ****ed by managers distracted by other things.

Once is unlucky, two makes you wonder what the hell is going on.

Exactly this!

good luck Oscar
achieved the same result as Gus with a lot more injuries
with so many players out of contract
hard to guess what kind of challenge we will mount next year
