Why would he? He didn't thank the kit man either - probably hated him.
This. Unfortunately this has nothing to do with personnel but everything to do with "budgets" combined with good quality, ambitious, young managers.

Like Gus before him, Oscar will be able to find a better "project" then the Albion.

A saddening reality check and now feel a bit silly for not realising it sooner.

We must have some one lined up. He has spoken with TB several weeks ago about leaving so I can't see TB not searching for someone in that time and he has excepted OG resignation.

As I posted on the big thread, A player this morning said:
"He has told the players he is leaving. A replacement has already been lined up if the club cannot change his mind"

At least the leaving has been resolved quickly. We're not even halfway through May. Need to get a successor in sharpish though so he (or she!) has maximum time to try and put something together and the 'Time To Gel' can begin. Tall order though.

Two seasons.

Two playoffs.

Two diabolical sets of performances in said playoffs

Two managers who decided BEFORE the playoffs that they wanted out.

What on earth is going on at the club?

At least this time we haven't ****ed about all summer, get in an English manager with some experience and get on with signing some players for next year.

Gus wanted a bigger job

Seems Garcia does as well, doesn't mean the issue is with the club just with managers wanting to move on to something better.

'"I have enjoyed my time with the club but, although I do not have any immediate plans, I have decided to move on."

Doesn't sound like he enjoyed it at all. Not like a footballing man to move on with no immediate plans. He must have hated the job in fact.

Tim Sherwood is looking likely, or Darren Ferguson.
