We're being warned of a potential mega snowstorm near Orchard Park (Buffalo) this weekend. Lake effect snow will bring 1 - 4+ feet of snow somewhere near the stadium. I say somewhere as they don't know where these thin bands of lake effect snow will hit until much closer to them hitting.

So we expect at least 1 foot over the weekend and potentially much more. I've made it to the other Bills snow games but a nasty head cold has me thinking I'll skip Sunday night against the 49ers...

As for today, I hope the Bears can make a game of it.
Expect the Packers to beat the Dolphins, Tua can't play in the cold weather.

I love watching a Bills snow game and have great admiration for anyone who braves the elements to go to those games. I had a long chat on a Manhattan tourist bus with a lady from Buffalo who was telling me about the layers they wear, taking the cardboard to sit on, etc.

I'd love to think Da Bears are going to do something other than get hopelessly slaughtered against a far more tooled and able Detroit Lions outfit - ignoring the local rivalries (which i cant get involved in, i live in Sussex ffs  ) i actually really like the Lions, their progress over the last few years, and their team. I wish em well, apart from today. And the return game, in which we'll doubtless get torched as well.
Fairly miserable season thus far, probably wont improve, and i expect to be 4-13 come the end of the season in all honesty.
Still, some flickers from Caleb, and the pathway to improvement if Flus gets booted

Shocking finish by the Bears. Coach has to call timeout when it's clear there isn't enough time for a play and to stop the clock, should have called it by 6 seconds and at least tried the fieldgoal

Agreed. Can't be putting it on the rookie QB in that situation. Knows they can't clock the ball on 3rd down so HAS to take the timeout with the chance of tying it on a field goal!

The sort of piss poor game management I'd expect from a rookie HC. Borderline fireable screw-up given the pressure already on Eberflus.

Surely Eberflus is finished after that…

Step forward Vrabel?
