Never mind, you got the answer, apart from the south stand will be nearest to the camera.

(Assuming we don't sell out each week) I wonder if they will leave the top of the West stand empty until other seats are filled up? Better for the atmos to have 12,000 rammed into one stand and a few scattered around the ground or to have even spread right round??

I think you'll find it's the other end of the stand, Brett.

Thanks for this drawing NJ.

I've been trying to figure out the configuration of the roof and stand but this one picture has made it easy to understand.

Here's a section through East Stand. The 'arch' your looking at is highlighted in red.

Hope this explains a little better

Beautiful, In the section thru the east stand, The line going over the lower tier, but below the camera men. Is that where the ''would-be'' second tier would be if built later date? Or is it just a line with nothing to do with second tiers.

Thanks again NJ.

I'l bet that's got Mr Jack confused. He thinks he's building the other end and using a different set of drawings, with a different roof and no grass on the ends.

Right here, right now
Most of the steel going up is grey, but the bit on top and some of the larger uprights in the stand (See JS FW 33A) are white. What if any, is the significance of this?

I can understand the white roof supports, but what about the 2 uprights in the last photo HERE?

Thats what I was getting at - seems odd to have a couple of white ones in the middle of a whole lot of grey ones. NJ will probably find out that there is no real reason - just one of those things?!?!

I expect the bloke that put those up is colour blind.

It isn't quite as easy as that, Mr B.

As the plans haven't been adhered to, then the whole lot has to come down, the land restored to its original condition, and planning applied for again.
