Its cantilevered from the back of the stand. Basically the white beams you see are being pulled up and back by another beam behind/above them.

Engineering language has never been so exciting! Im loving it.

I think it was originally set for this week. But I read somewhere that it will be next month now. Not sure on the date.

Hopefully they can pull their fingers out and sort it for next week - I have all the time in the world then.

I have found the mythical saw at last.
I wonder why the temp. supports for the larger arch, appear to be a lot less heavy duty than the pair holding the East Stand Arch?

perhaps the supports are less heavy duty as they are just less worried about the maths of it all?? I mean looking at the plans, I wouldnt trust it to work at first......
