Oddly enough they were in a much better position than us then.

If I remember correctly I also wasn't in Darlo then.

The Sheff Utd pitch invasion and subsequent fight on the last game of the season at the Goldstone, one of the Utd fans was waving the corner flag about his head always sticks in my mind

Leicester away, League Cup Filbert Street, I think 1994......amazing game, Munday wonder curling strike, anyone there that night saw something VERY special.

Anyway, just before the game, Filbert the Fox mascot wandered around the ground. High fived a few Albion fans, was then beckoned over by a (drunk) Albion fan.....Mascot thought he wanted a High 5, but what he got was a punch in the face!! Not big, not clever but was very funny at the time, and even now thinking back.

I was pushed over the advertising boards and onto my backside at the side of the pitch when that went in - great night!

At the Goldstone I remember one of the St Johns ,his name was Ed, running onto the pitch with his metal box. He stumbled and fell over and cut his head.
