Hmm starting to think there becoming a pain in the ass, i see a point in the protest but businesses are starting to be very badly effected and even St Pauls has had to close for the first time since ww2:nono:

They are not really getting there point across either, i mean they have even set up there own Wifi and shit, surley browsing the net while your taking part in a mass protest is the last of your worries :dunce:

Piss take that serves no purpose other than to get on people's nerves. Hopefully they do something wrong and give the police the opportunity to break it up soon

Let's see. Isn't the church supposed to stand up for the rights of the poor. I believe Jesus had a fair bit to say on the matter. Something about a temple and money lenders? Yet the second a protest gets close to their turf they pull up the drawbridge and want them out.

Hyprocrites all. Shame!

Its not that they want them out, they accepted they were there even asked the police to leave the area as it was putting people of coming to St Pauls, but the protest just got bigger and bigger so they have had no decision but to close

Even if it's well intentioned (some might doubt this) there's no way that it will influence the people it's aimed at in anyway. What I would like to know is how are the people who are there supporting themselves ? Do they come from monied backgrounds or are the on Benefits ?

The most amusing thing is when you see people protesting agaisnt the evil global corporations while on their iphones, drinking their starbucks coffees in their nike trainers.

Only in this country!

Anywhere else in the world the old bill would have steamed in and cracked a few skulls and they would have been on there way in a couple of hours.

We've had a load of hippies camped outside the houses of parliment years and they were powerless to do anything, the whole Dale Farm fiasco took years to resolve now these soap dodging clowns!

Send the water cannon in, blow away all the tents and smack any of the protestors that cause a fuss! Problem solved!

If you act like a **** then any human rights you may have had goes out the window. It's how football fans are treated and we (on the whole) don't kick up a fuss, why should these gap year wankers be treated any differently?

I find myself in wholehearted agreement with this.
