Well thanks for everything Charlie, not really surprising news but a shame all the same.
I think the best thing about Oatway was the way he upped his game while with us. I remember him being written off during the season we won the second division, but by the play-off season he was integral to our succes and went on to be a vital part of our championship squad, so cheers and I hope he takes up a well deserved position at the club

you have said it for me ......great servant to the Albion good luck mate in whatever you decide to do:drink:next one I have will be for you.

Charlie, when you read this, as I'm sure you will, remeber that most Brighton supporters are behind their team & were always behind you. There's always the odd prick here & there though.

Presumably Oatway,s wages were in the playing budget, so should mean a wage available for a new player.
