Goldeneye is my favourite Bond film.

Special mentions for:
A View to a Kill
Casino Royale
You Only Live Twice
The Spy Who Loved Me
Moonraker (just because it's hilarious)

The pigeon who does a double-take in Moonraker is brilliant

While I think Dalton was the best Bond, Casino Royale and Skyfall are, for me, the two best Bond films.

Similarly, A View To A Kill and Skyfall contain the campest Bond villains.

Barman: We had an actor who played a Bond villain absolutely shitfaced in here last night, causing a hell of a scene.
Punter: Javier Bardem?
Barman: No - he can come back when he's sobered up.

Very controversial but I would have Connery as my 3rd favourite bond behind Roger Moore & Timothy Dalton.

Craig is Ok & I hated Brosnan.

It might come down to how old one is. I saw the original Bond films with mr Connery as an impressionable youngster first time round.......

Roger is the best, especially as he has 70's fashion and safari suits to cope with .

I find the fact that anyone voted for Moonraker or any of the Daniel Craig ones pretty funny in itself but the fact that three people voted for Quantam of Solace really worries me

You just about as wrong as wrong can get. Moonraker is a FANTASTIC Bond, by far and away my favourite.

It's got everything: preposterous villains (How many French people were ever called Michael Lonsdale?) and Jaws with his little girlfriend, glamour girls who can't act for toffee (Holly Goodhead in particular), amazing special effects, a truly fantastic John Barry score - arguably his last truly great Bond one - and the best double-entendres of the entire series: "Balls Q? Bolas 007", "I think he's attempting reentry sir" etc.

Damn it, I love that film so much I want to watch it now. "So how do you spend two hours in Rio...if you don't samba?".

Drax: why did you break off the encounter with my pet python

Rog: he had a crush on me

Moonraker was quite a good Bond. As mentioned above, decent baddie, Excellent Henchman ( Jaws, the only Bond bad guy to get a second film, other than endless different Blofeld's ) good score and suitable explosive ending. Not the very best but up there. Never fully comfortable with Moore as Bond, more liable to wound with a quip rather than kill you. Bond is a man on the edge and fully ready to dispatch someone without warning. Ergo Connery, Dalton and Craig are the genuine contenders and Lazenby, Moore and Brosnan lightweights.

Put it this way, who's parking spot would you pinch ? Moore's or Craig's ?

The underwater Lotus one, the horse one and the sliding down the mountain on a cello case one are my favourites.

I believe that is The Spy Who Loved Me, View to a Kill and the Living Daylights .
