Hi, sorry. Not on much over weekends, and I don't do notifications. Honest answer, is that I'm not sure. He did live in a caravan at a traveller site, but I think you are right, that he said he was looking after it for a mate. That said, the travelling community doesn't exactly welcome outsiders to set up home.

Just a thought on this lot.
If I took my kids out of school during term time for whatever reason I would either get a patronising letter from the school or a fine from the courts. Yet walking past the Travellers in Preston park during school time today and there were loads of their children. Am I missing something here? I am sure the council and the police treat them equally.........
