Good away point.

I know a lot of fans have very short memories (understatement of the century) - but it wasn't long ago we were consistently losing against the bottom sides.

Not today. There are no easy games in the Premier League. Norwich put in a good home performance - and although we had more than one chance to win it - we still have yet another point on the board.

Our performance was decent. Contrary to current belief we are not Man City or Liverpool. So I'm not sure why so many fans are expecting us to be "beating teams like Norwich" convincingly away from home.

Well said. . We should have had a pen and Maupay should have scored at the end. Having said that Norwich missed two great chances so probably a fair result in the end.

But we still remain the ONLY team in the whole history of the Premier League ever to have beaten Brentford!……..

……… for at least another couple of hours.

We really need cover at CB as we will have bans coming up soon.

Will we?

Dunk hasn't been booked this season
Duffy has 3 bookings
Burn has 1 booking
Webster has been booked once

I don't think it's panic stations at CB at the moment.

It's looking more likely that Lampety will be getting a PL start sooner rather than later as Veltman is the only 1 that is a concern at the moment as he's already on 4 books.

Disjointed performance, lacking control and characterised by poor passes, heavy touches and dithering on the ball.

On the plus side we got another clean sheet, didn't lose, Lamptey's back and we're another point closer to safety. 15 form 8 is very respectable, we only need 8 wins from thirty games or the equivalent thereof to stay up.

That was really quite disappointing. Obviously have no right to beat Norwich and Mapuay should have had a penalty and a goal. We didn't look confident going forward and didn't create as many as last season. Centre backs passing was poor and never moved into space with the ball meaning the midfielders had 11 men in front of them by the time they got the ball. Gross and Moder offered virtually nothing going forwards. Maupay really poor. We are over reliant on Trossard to do something. Shame as 3 points were there for the taking. Norwich would have felt, pick 3 centre backs and we could be ok. Maybe catch them on the break. Nearly worked. Burn can't start next games. Good squad player but ponderous to the extreme.

Anyway trying to focus on the fact that we are good enough to beat City next weekend and we won't have to be caring about the bottom 3 results which is real progress.

Really? I thought Burn was probably our MOTM.

A draw is disappointing but not a disaster. Sky are still saying we should have won as it was a shocking decision to not give a penalty.

What are you serious. Errors on ground all game

This, made a few good last ditch challenges but almost gifted Pukki a goal 2nd half. I'd probably give MOTM to Dunk, but difficult to pick, everyone wasn't really at the races.

The equivalent game last year (sheffield united) we lost 1-0 so an improvement.

We were the better team over although Normann was possibly best player on the pitch (maybe Trossard).

If we get the deserved penalty or Trossard hits it lower and to the left we walk that game easily and 3 points.

Lamptey looked well off the pace , not sure how Gross stayed on in preference to Moder or Cucerella .

Need others to do set pieces or some of them

Personally think it was a game that Connolly should have come on to add pace at top .
