As long as you're quick on the draw when tickets go on sale, especially for big games, you should generally be alright. Will probably be easier once they extra seats go in

Only game I missed out on was the Liverpool Carling cup match.
I didn't expect to get one for the home game against Doncaster but got in early and bingo.
The only thing is that the general sale tickets aren't the best place to view from, especially the front couple of rows (in my very humble opinion) so you need to be quick off the mark.

I am hoping to go the other way and get a ST next season, I am told I am quite high on the waiting list. Agree with others here, if you are happy to buy early and sit where the tickets are available then that is usually OK. I have been able to get tickets for every home game this season and a couple of away games as well.

I work Saturday's so a ST was never an option. I have managed to get tickets to every game I could to go to ( approx 6 )

Having bought them from NSC I however have accrued no loyalty points

As has been said, you need to be organised in so much as you have to find out the first day they are on sale and get in quick, if you do that you'll be fine. If I lived in Brighton, I'd have a season ticket though, I wouldn't like to leave it to chance every week.......plus season ticket holders get first dibs on the big cup ties/away games and seeing as we'll be a Premier League team next season this could be even more relevant.

I'm not really getting the most out of my ST as work keeps getting in the way so am thinking of not renewing next season, how easy have people found it to get hold of match tickets this season ? Ta.

I'm an exiled Seagull, I can get to most away games but cannot justify the expenditure of a ST, as I cannot always get to the home games, I'm quite interested in seeing if anyone wants to share a ST for next season - would that be of interest to you?

I'd hold onto the season ticket...

- You know you WILL get to the games you can reach.
- Your seat is (hopefully) in your preferred seating location not somewhere random.
- You'll retain a better position in the loyalty point pyramid.
- You will be able to re-sell your tickets when you can't use them, particularly because:
a) Your seat will be in a better position than the match-by-match tickets
b) You can sell for more cheaply than the club, if you wish, due to the discount you got by way of buying a season ticket

If they ever get the ticket exchange system in place it is worth keeping your ST for all the advantages others have mentioned as you will still have a good chance of re-selling if you are in a good location.

I am also an exiled seagull. For the first 3 seasons at Withdean, I had a season ticket and travelled down from Scotland.

Unfortunately now, although I live closer (Newmarket) most of my cash is taken up by wife and kids!

It can be a bit dead in the non season ticket section of the west stand lower in terms of shouting but you do get a fair bit of noise from the north which is nice. I have always found the view there quite good but I haven't sat in the bottom few rows but I would imagine they are not so great. Is the view that great from the bottom few rows all the way round the pitch?

How did you find out where you were on the ST Waiting list??
